We want you to enjoy working with both computers and people – often simultaneously. You should also be a great communicator and eager to stay updated on current campaigns, sales activities and strategies. Last but not least, you have a great interest in everything online.
Your daily work includes handling enquiries (from both sellers and buyers) about online orders, collections and products across every channel – from e-mail and live-chat to telephone calls and regular mail correspondence.
