Role Summary:
The Customer Care Team Leader is responsible for managing and supporting a team of customer service agents to ensure high-quality customer support and efficient resolution of customer inquiries. The role focuses on maintaining service standards, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting daily operations of the customer care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Customer Care agents in daily operations
- Monitor team performance and ensure service level targets are met
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with reporting and performance tracking
- Work closely with other departments to improve customer experience
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or call centre operations
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and leadership skills
Pay: R20 000,00 – R30 000,00 per month
