Role Summary:

The Customer Care Team Leader is responsible for managing and supporting a team of customer service agents to ensure high-quality customer support and efficient resolution of customer inquiries. The role focuses on maintaining service standards, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting daily operations of the customer care team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Customer Care agents in daily operations
  • Monitor team performance and ensure service level targets are met
  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with reporting and performance tracking
  • Work closely with other departments to improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or call centre operations
  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organisational and leadership skills

Pay: R20 000,00 – R30 000,00 per month
