Join our team as a Customer Service Representative with a growing customer service and business consulting firm representing a major national wireless carrier in Los Angeles. In this role, you will assist customers through a consultative approach, helping them explore and enroll in wireless products and services at in-person events.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll engage directly with customers to understand their needs, present wireless solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process. By clearly communicating the value of available products and services, you’ll help drive sales while ensuring each customer finds the right fit for their connectivity needs.

This position is ideal for someone who brings an energetic, people-focused approach and enjoys working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Your ability to connect with customers, provide excellent service, and confidently recommend solutions will be key to your success.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

  • Deliver customer support at events across Los Angeles, engaging with customers in a friendly, approachable way while clearly presenting wireless products and service options.
  • Prepare and manage enrollment packets, comparison materials, and onboarding resources to ensure a smooth and efficient application process for customers at events.
  • Connect with customers at events and illustrate how reliable wireless service supports work, school, healthcare, and family communication.
  • Lead customers through wireless enrollment from first conversation to activation with accurate, simple guidance.
  • Track event turnout, enrollment results, and customer feedback to strengthen outreach across Southern California.
  • Align with Customer Service Representatives to set sales and enrollment goals and complete timely follow‑ups after community activations.

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in enrollment, sales, or customer support is a plus.
  • Stays organized while managing sign‑ups, materials, and on‑site enrollment flow.
  • Learns wireless program details fast and explains enrollment steps in clear language.
  • Handles questions with clarity to keep wireless sales conversations moving.

Pay: $900.00 – $1,500.00 per week
