Position Overview

This role is a full-time, remote contract position with the GSG Talent Solutions within the Complaints and Inquiries unit. You will be responsible for managing high-volume communications with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all inquiries are handled with professional clarity and documented accurately within project management tools like Smartsheet and Outlook.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced organizational skills, specifically within SharePoint, and demonstrate the critical thinking necessary to manage complex document hierarchies and sensitive data.

  • Pay Rate: $30.10/hr
  • Status: Full-Time, Remote
  • Duration: May 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026
  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred

Primary Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Communication: Respond promptly to questions and concerns via email and telephone, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor at all times.
  • Data Documentation: Log all email and phone interactions accurately within the Smartsheet application and manage records in Outlook for reporting purposes.
  • Information Management: Navigate and manage SharePoint document libraries, ensuring proper naming conventions, folder hierarchies, and metadata tagging.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and flag complex issues for escalation to management while collaborating with team members to ensure communication consistency.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive data with extreme discretion and ensure compliance with file organization standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced SharePoint skills (library structuring and metadata) and experience with Smartsheet and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to return voice messages within a three-day window.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and the ability to distinguish between similar, complex document types.
  • Experience Level: Experienced professional capable of working independently in a remote environment.
