Zoomlion South Africa is looking for a Customer Service Representative primarily focused on manning the customer service hotline and reception area. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. This position requires someone who can efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage the company email inbox and distribute messages to appropriate staff
Qualifications
- At least 1 – 2 years' of relevant work experience.
- A qualification will be advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
