We are seeking a proven Customer Service Representative to serve as a vital link between our company, automobile clubs, and field staff. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to maximize service opportunities and ensure efficient operations in our towing and roadside services.

Our client's primary goal is to provide safe, reliable, professional, and punctual services to all our clients while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. They operate across multiple service sectors, including 24/7 Light Towing and Roadside Assistance, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), Logistics, and Transportation Consulting.

Key Responsibilities
Proactive Dispatching & Contract Maximization
- Monitor roadside assistance partners (e.g., AAA, Automobile Associations, etc) and proactively request trip calls for tow work and roadside assistance.
- Maximize daily service opportunities by securing as many calls as possible.
- Maintain a strong understanding of partner requirements and service level agreements.
Driver & Technician Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between motor clubs and field staff.
- Effectively communicate job details and dispatch the appropriate tow driver or roadside technician for each call.
- Ensure clear and concise communication to facilitate efficient service delivery.
Geographic Routing & Map Management
- Utilize mapping software to screen incoming calls.
- Ensure that all accepted service requests fall strictly within the company's designated coverage areas.
- Maintain accurate records of service areas and boundaries.
Vendor Onboarding & Document Management
- Compile, organize, and submit required onboarding packets (including W-9s and business credentials).
- Register the company with new motor clubs and roadside service networks.
- Maintain meticulous records of all vendor onboarding activities.
Administrative Follow-Up & Correspondence
- Manage ongoing email communications with prospective motor clubs.
- Track the status of multiple applications simultaneously.
- Identify outstanding document requests and follow up diligently until the vendor approval process is complete.
Skill Sets Required / Preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in mapping software (e.g., Google Maps)
- Experience with dispatching software or CRM systems
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Experience & Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.

- Experience in the towing or roadside assistance industry is a plus.
