Job responsivities:
- Contact existing customers to offer course renewals and increase conversion rates
- Follow up with students, understand their needs, and recommend suitable learning plans
- Provide consultation and ongoing support throughout the learning journey
- Monitor students’ progress and analyze performance to suggest improvements
- Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage retention and referrals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Fluent in English (B2–C1 level preferred)
- Passion for customer experience and education
