Job responsivities:

  • Contact existing customers to offer course renewals and increase conversion rates
  • Follow up with students, understand their needs, and recommend suitable learning plans
  • Provide consultation and ongoing support throughout the learning journey
  • Monitor students’ progress and analyze performance to suggest improvements
  • Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with customers and encourage retention and referrals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Fluent in English (B2–C1 level preferred)
  • Passion for customer experience and education
