Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Process orders, requests, and service-related documentation
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution
- Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times

Minimum Requirements (Experience & Education)
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field (required)
- 2–3 years’ experience in a customer service or client support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
