- 📞 Contact existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase conversion rates.
- 🔄 Follow up regularly to understand students’ learning needs and offer personalized renewal solutions.
- 📊 Monitor students’ progress and analyze performance data to develop effective renewal strategies.
- 💬 Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a smooth and satisfying renewal experience.

- 💼 1+ year of experience in sales or a related field.
- 🗣️ Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs.

Maadi, Cairo (On-site)
🕒 Schedule:
- Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (includes 1 hour & 15 min break)
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: Day Off
