Key responsibilities and duties:

Support the Service Delivery Manager on tasks where required

Regularly review our customers in the CRM and make contact where required

Onboard new customers with data entry on multiple platforms

Execute bulk communications via existing platforms

Respond to inbound enquiries via phone and email

Make outbound calls to customers to optimise their customer experience

Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction

Support general operations in the business
