Customer Service Specialist / Data-Entry Technician
International Non-Profit Christian Media Ministry is seeking to hire a full-time Customer Service Specialist / Data-Entry Technician at our Adrian, Michigan location.
- Very good customer service, verbal (telephone) and written communication and problem-solving skills needed.
- Previous experience with payment processing systems, data entry with knowledge of Salesforce.org or CRMs is a plus.
- Should be able to work independently and as a member of a team, while maintaining quality, timely and accurate documentation.
