As a Boomerang Brand Ambassador Expert
, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple channels including calls, emails, and multimedia chats
- Act as a trusted brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s values and tone
- Professionally handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations
, aiming for effective first-time resolution - Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Consistently meet and exceed service and performance targets
- Work collaboratively while maintaining high standards of integrity, accountability, and respect
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a similar customer service role (local or international clientele)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven experience working in an omni-channel environment (calls, emails, chats)
- Experience handling customer escalations
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- A friendly, professional, and “can-do” attitude
- Matric / NQF Level 4 qualification
- A clear criminal and credit record
- Experience working shifts on a 7-day rotational schedule
- Flexibility and reliability, including willingness to work weekends
Working Hours
- Shifts are rostered Monday to Sunday
, between 08:00 and 22:00 - Weekend work is required as part of the rotational schedule
