Job Description
Area of responsibility
Sustained and effective commercial sales administrative support to assist Team in attaining key goals and objectives
Goals
- Improve Sales Team and CD&D team communication / coordination
- Take up administrative task to release customer face-time with KAM’s
Promote positive customer brand experience with communication and coordination.
Main Responsibilities
- Business Support:
- Review and supervise all orders pertaining to the Division to ensure fulfilment of customer requirements
- Provide and support on pricing requests and timeouts maintenance of quarterly pricing
- Provide Sales figure/statistics to Account Managers/ Commercial Director as determined
- Support sales and marketing functions
- Co-ordination and accurate control of all day-to-day aspects of the sales region
- Issuing of Offers
- SAP interface
- Customer orders, queries, and complaints
- Daily interaction with Supply Chain and CC teams
- Customer Master Data maintenance
- Follow up with customers on order fulfilment, pricing and other queries where necessary
- Sourcing and forwarding technical data to customers
- Liaison with courier / shipping agents /clearing agents.
- Sample receiving and expediting
- Project Management
- Uploading of Sales Force projects and tasks when required
- Maintenance of projects and status when required
- Evaluation/ tasting of submissions with CD&D and Commercial Teams
Profile
Qualifications
Matric (Grade 12) and Business Administration Diploma or similar Tertiary qualification
Relevant experience: Minimum 2 years relevant Business Support job experience preferably in Flavors or equivalent
Knowledge
Advanced Computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- SAP competence and proficiency
