Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, people-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Service & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role blends customer service, light sales support, administrative coordination, and creative marketing responsibilities. You will help potential customers become loyal clients, support day-to-day operations, and contribute to our social media and marketing efforts that promote our events and rental services. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and enthusiastic about community engagement and delivering outstanding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, providing accurate product and service information.

Guide customers through the booking process, confirm order details, and update them on changes.

Follow up with leads and past customers to encourage repeat business and promote upcoming offers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM and ensure data privacy.

Recommend additional services or upgrades to enhance the event experience.

Administrative Coordination

Manage scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination as needed.

Assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical).

Prepare basic reports, meeting notes, and internal updates.

Support vendor coordination, supply ordering, and inventory tracking.

Provide customer service backup during busy periods.

Marketing & Social Media

Assist with the creation, scheduling, and posting of social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Capture and curate behind-the-scenes content at events, including photos and short videos

Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and help grow our online community.

Qualifications

Skill Sets Required / Preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in marketing, business, or communications preferred.

Experience with or willingness to learn graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and social media management.
