We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our growing UK-based e-commerce toy store team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and product enquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Process orders, exchanges, and refunds accurately on internal systems
  • Liaise with courier companies and internal teams to resolve delivery issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
  • Support the team during peak trading periods and promotional campaigns

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using customer support systems and online platforms
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service

Advantageous

  • Experience working in an online retail or toy industry environment
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Zendesk, or similar platforms

Working Hours

  • UK business hours (with occasional weekend or peak-season support if required)
