💻 About the Role
We are hiring Technical Advisors to support a US-based account. In this role, you’ll assist customers with technical issues, provide troubleshooting support, and ensure a smooth and positive experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to US customers via phone
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Explain solutions clearly and confidently to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
- Document cases accurately and follow processes
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet service goals

- Fresh graduates & dropouts are welcome
- Strong communication skills
- Good technical understanding (IT basics, devices, software, or troubleshooting mindset)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Fluent English is required (B2/C1 level)
- Ability to work night & overnight shifts
