💻 About the Role

We are hiring Technical Advisors to support a US-based account. In this role, you’ll assist customers with technical issues, provide troubleshooting support, and ensure a smooth and positive experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to US customers via phone
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
  • Explain solutions clearly and confidently to customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
  • Document cases accurately and follow processes
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet service goals

Who Can Apply?

  • Fresh graduates & dropouts are welcome
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good technical understanding (IT basics, devices, software, or troubleshooting mindset)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Fluent English is required (B2/C1 level)
  • Ability to work night & overnight shifts
