Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) / Data Agent

Salary: R15,000- R 20,000 per month
Working Hours: Rotational shifts with two weekends per month as per operational requirements

Position Purpose:
The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) plays a critical operational role within the Financial Contact Centre. The position is responsible for ensuring the efficient distribution of leads, maintaining CRM system accuracy, managing KYC approvals, producing operational reports, and supporting business continuity through effective data and lead management.This role directly impacts agent productivity, lead flow efficiency, compliance adherence, customer conversion opportunities, and overall business revenue. The successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Allocation & Management
Distribute leads accurately and fairly according to management instructions.
Allocate new leads immediately upon receipt to prevent agent downtime.
Monitor lead flow and ensure continuous agent productivity.
Escalate lead shortages, allocation concerns, or system issues immediately.
Prevent operational bottlenecks through proactive workload management.
Maintain complete transparency and accountability in lead distribution.
CRM Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
Perform all system updates in real time.
Ensure data integrity across all customer and lead records.
Monitor and manage CRM workflows to support operational effectiveness.
Identify and report system errors or data discrepancies.
KYC Verification & Compliance:
Review and verify all Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
Approve documentation only after full verification and compliance checks.
Confirm approvals with management where required.
Reject incomplete, inconsistent, or non-compliant submissions.
Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
Escalate any compliance concerns immediately.
Reporting & Data Analysis:
Prepare and distribute daily operational reports.
Track lead allocation performance and productivity metrics.
Generate reports for management on lead flow, KYC approvals, and operational performance.
Assist management with data analysis and business reporting requirements.
Ensure reporting accuracy and timely submission
Operational Support:
Work closely with Team Managers and Operations Management to support business objectives.
Respond quickly to operational requirements and changing priorities.
Assist in resolving agent-related CRM and lead allocation issues.
Support process improvement initiatives where required.
Pay: R15 000,00 – R20 000,00 per month
