Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) – Automotive Industry | Pretoria
Our client in the automotive sector is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) to join their service department. This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual who thrives on building relationships, resolving queries, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Location: Pretoria
Working Hours: Standard business hours (occasional extended hours as required)
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for outbound customer engagement, handling queries and complaints, and supporting Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining strong client relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or client relations (automotive industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and CSI processes
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers regarding service experiences
- Encourage and support completion of CSI surveys
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Escalate concerns to relevant management where required
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
- Ensure all CSI-related data is captured correctly
- Support continuous improvement of customer satisfaction processes
