What You Bring

Experience

  • 3–5 years in a Customer Experience leadership role (education or service industry preferred)
  • 6–10 years in customer experience, service, or client-facing environments
  • Proven track record of driving retention, improving journeys, and influencing stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification (advantageous)
  • CX certifications (a plus)
