What You Bring
Experience
- 3–5 years in a Customer Experience leadership role (education or service industry preferred)
- 6–10 years in customer experience, service, or client-facing environments
- Proven track record of driving retention, improving journeys, and influencing stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification (advantageous)
- CX certifications (a plus)
