Do Something That Moves you

Achieve Business & Growth Targets:

• Deliver business, growth, and market share objectives for assigned brands/territories through business Excellence KPIs and execution of the district strategy.

Engage, Educate & Empower HCPs:

• As a trusted partner she/he will act as the primary (but nonexclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Bayer; the CES shares the HCPs community needs internally, seek support and guidance from cross functional team.

• Act as a trusted scientific partner to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Thought Leaders. Organize and facilitate one-to-one and group scientific meetings, virtual panels, and peer-to-peer sessions to communicate disease and brand messaging effectively.

Co-create Scientific Content & Programs:

• Partner with speakers to design, contract, and deliver yearly educational curricula that align HCP interests with Bayer’s scientific and promotional objectives. Integrate these sessions into various formats including symposia, debates, and national or regional Bayer-initiated events.

Customer-Centric Multi-Channel Engagement:

• Plan and execute tailored engagement strategies through the channels preferred by each HCP, ensuring Patient-Focused Interaction (PFI) standards and a consistent, value-driven customer experience across physical, hybrid, and virtual platforms.

Insight Generation & Data Utilization:

• Capture, analyze, and report HCP insights, engagement data, and event outcomes through Veeva and CRM systems. Use data-driven learnings to optimize future content, segmentation, and customer journey planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with the relevant Product Team and Customer Team to ensure alignment on messaging, initiatives, and customer evolution campaigns.

• Along with the marketing team, leverages insights about specific customers segments generated from virtual/f2f meetings to build on the next best action in the Customer Evolution Campaign (CEC).

Digital & Innovation Leadership:

• Leverage digital tools and emerging technologies to enhance engagement and experimentation with new meeting formats. Partner with virtual event experts to deliver impactful, interactive experiences.

• Facilitate digital networking of likeminded HCPs and educate and influence non loyalist HCPs to increase their adoption of Bayer brands.

Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure full adherence to local laws, company policies, and Bayer’s compliance standards in all activities, maintaining discipline and accuracy in reporting, data entry, and documentation.

• Display great level of discipline and quality in maintaining data entry related to customer profile information, daily activities, event reporting, PGMI reporting, channel preference, customer insights, adoption ladder and samples as required on Veeva.

Your Experience

  • University degree preferably in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine /Medical background
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry in the Cardiorenal
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement record including partnering with thought leaders and institutes is required.
  • Strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence
  • Strong scientific knowledge and ability to interpret scientific data in the therapy area she/he is assigned to.
  • Hands on experience of using digital & Virtual means and tools is prefreable .
  • Maintains growth mindset to work through new working models and proactively identifies areas of improvement with the new hybrid responsibilities.
  • Good understanding of agile ways of working is desired
  • Robust understanding of medico marketing strategies and tactics
  • Proficient in English to collaborate externally, internally & across the broader organization enterprise is highly desired
