We are looking for an experienced Customer Collaboration Specialist with a strong background in the FMCG industry to join our dynamic Supply Chain & Logistics team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, this role is for you.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key FMCG customers on orders, queries, and service-related matters
• Collaborate closely with demand planning, warehousing, and distribution teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
• Manage order processing, track deliveries, and proactively resolve any service disruptions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive service excellence
• Analyse sales and supply chain data to identify trends and improve performance
✅ Key Requirements:
🎓 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Logistics, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
💼 Experience & Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in an FMCG, supply chain, or commercial environment
• Strong demand planning capability with a solid understanding of forecasting principles
• Good knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and interdependencies between functions
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimisation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
• Advanced working knowledge of SAP
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Proven ability to filter, interpret, and cascade top-down communication
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong administrative and attention-to-detail capabilities
