Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Customer Care Representative Lecturer based in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions on customer care best practices, preparing training materials, and equipping trainees with the skills necessary for exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support and satisfaction, facilitating learning in both in-person and remote settings, and ensuring adherence to service standards and organizational protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
- Proficiency in creating and delivering clear, effective training materials
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Previous experience in customer care or service-related roles is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field
