Cushion Builder (Full-Time – 2nd Shift)
Hours: 4:15 PM – 2:45 AM (Mon–Thurs)
Training: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Overtime: Fridays as needed

PRM Inc. is a leader in custom-molded wheelchair seating, and what we make directly improves people’s daily lives. We’re looking for a hands-on Cushion Builder who takes pride in working with their hands, learning new skills, and producing high-quality work.
This is a physical, fast-paced role where you’ll build custom seat and back cushions using tools, materials, and techniques we’ll train you on. If you’ve worked in construction, manufacturing, or with power tools, you’ll pick this up quickly, but we’re willing to train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Build and customize wheelchair seat and back cushions to spec
- Cut, shape, and assemble materials including plastics and wood
- Operate equipment such as table saws, band saws, and routers
- Apply adhesives and perform finishing work
- Read work instructions and adapt builds based on customer needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What You Bring
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools
- Ability to safely operate (or learn to operate) power equipment
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliability and solid time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
