About InsurM
InsurM is building The Claim Intelligence Layer, an AI platform transforming how insurers
process bodily injury claims. Combining AI, document intelligence and decision support,
we help insurers make faster, smarter and more consistent decisions on one of the
industry's most complex workflows.
Backed by 34 Ventures, we're co-building the product with the second largest insurer in
Morocco and preparing for production. Our ambition is to become the technology layer
powering bodily injury claims across insurers and markets.
Mission
We're looking for a hands-on CTO & Co-founder to lead our technology, scale the platform
and build the engineering team. You'll own the architecture, AI roadmap and technical
execution while helping shape product strategy and company decisions alongside the
CEO.
🔧 Responsibilities
Own the technology vision, architecture and AI roadmap
Scale the platform from pilot to production
Lead engineering recruitment and execution
Drive AI, OCR and document intelligence capabilities
Ensure performance, security and reliability
Contribute to product strategy, fundraising and company decisions
Requirements
5+ years building production software
Strong engineering leadership experience
Expertise in scalable backend architectures
Experience with Azure, Python, Enterprise grade OCR
Experience with AI/ML/LLM products is a plus
Startup mindset with strong execution skills
Enterprise SaaS or regulated industry experience is a plus
