Safhire is an outsourcing company that places skilled South African professionals into remote roles supporting US-based businesses. We're looking for a CSR/Account Manager to support a Property and Casualty insurance agency, handling client accounts, policy servicing, and administrative work tied to policy marketing. If you have hands-on P&C insurance experience, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Service existing client accounts and handle day to day administrative and policy-related tasks
- Gather property information online and enter it into relevant systems
- Quote out policies and prepare applications, knowing what documentation and fields are required
- Request loss runs from carriers
- Update bank and payment information on file
- Follow up on escrow transfers with lenders and title companies
- Support policy marketing efforts across the agency's book of business
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Property and Casualty insurance (not life or health)
- Comfortable using insurance agency management software, EZ Lynx experience is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and follow through, especially on time-sensitive items like loss runs and escrow payments
- Clear written and verbal communication for client and carrier follow-up
- Able to work 10 AM to 6 PM EST, Monday to Thursday, and 10 AM to 1 PM EST on Fridays
