CSI and Liaison Officer

Senwes is seeking a CSI and Liaison Officer to coordinate and implement Corporate Social Investment (CSI) projects while serving as a key link between the organisation and its stakeholders. The role focuses on building sustainable partnerships, facilitating communication, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that positively impact communities and align with business objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of CSI and related projects.
• Track progress, manage risks, and provide detailed reporting to ensure projects are executed effectively and achieve intended outcomes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment through continuous engagement, collaboration, and reporting on project progress and impact.
• Identify, address, and resolve challenges or barriers impacting project implementation.
• Ensure projects remain on track and aligned with organisational objectives.
• Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost-effective execution, promptly addressing deviations and implementing corrective actions where required.

Qualifications and experience: Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role or project implementation environment. Experience in stakeholder engagement, CSI initiatives, or community development will be advantageous.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Strategic thinking with a community-focused mindset.
