Role Responsibilities
- Design and implement crisis communication strategies for enterprise and AI-driven environments.
- Develop and refine rubrics for incident classification and escalation decision-making.
- Collaborate with AI training teams to align communication frameworks with operational workflows.
- Evaluate model outputs and provide feedback to improve structured reasoning and clarity.
- Advise on crisis response planning and escalation strategies under uncertainty.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate crisis protocols.
- Produce clear written materials and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Strong experience in crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong ability to make decisions under pressure and uncertainty.
- Experience developing and evaluating structured reasoning frameworks or rubrics.
- Familiarity with enterprise workflows across HR, security, and communications.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in remote, fast-paced environments.
