About the Job
Hole in the Wall Egress Windows is looking for a hardworking, dependable crew leader. We specialize in installing egress windows, which involves concrete cutting, excavation, and finishing work. You’ll be part of a three-man team completing window installations each day.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining the materials needed for each job
- Operate concrete saws and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with excavation, window installation, and cleanup
- Work collaboratively with your crew to complete projects on time and to company standards
- Maintain a safe and organized job site
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience driving a trailer
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Experience with concrete cutting and heavy equipment is required
Pay & Advancement
- $400 per day
- Opportunity for quick advancement and increased pay for hard workers
