SUMMARY:
DBN000264 – Creditor’s & Debtor’s Clerk – Ballito
Purpose of the Job:
To manage accounts payable (creditors) and accounts receivable (debtors) to ensure accurate financial records, maintain positive cash flow, and ensure timely payments and collections.
Required Qualifications:
- 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualification – advantageous
- Computer Literacy – MS Word, Excel, Email and Teams
POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- General Bookkeeping duties
- EMP 201 submission for TRRC SA
- VAT 201 submission for TRRC SA
- VAT 201 submission for TRRC RSA
- SARS maintenance for all SA companies
- CIPC Annual Returns for all SA companies
- Beneficial ownership submission for all SA companies
- Payments of transfers/ salaries/ suppliers
- Reconciling slips to card transactions
- Fuel recon
- Creditors recons
- PAYE registrations
- UIF registrations
- WCA registrations
- Registering representatives on efiling
- EMP501 submission
- WCA submission
- Income Tax submissions

- Ability to quickly understand new businesses and operational models
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
- Trustworthy, must have a high level of integrity
