Creditors Clerk & Finance Administrator — Cape Town (in-office)

Relianz Foods is looking for a detail-driven Creditors Clerk & Finance Administrator to join our finance team in Cape Town.

If you have 1–2 years of creditors / accounts payable experience, love getting reconciliations right the first time, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

·       Process local supplier invoices and credit notes on Pastel

·       Reconcile supplier statements monthly

·       Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs (7th, 14th, 25th and month-end)

·       Manage supplier queries and maintain strong supplier relationships

·       Upload and verify all invoices to our online audit file (VAT, PO match, GL coding, approval evidence)

·       Maintain audit-ready supplier filing — physical and digital

·       Take custody of petty cash and manage stationery control

·       Provide general administrative support to the finance team

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

·       1–2 years creditors / accounts payable experience

·       Pastel (Sage Evolution) proficiency

·       Strong reconciliation and Excel skills

·       Detail-focused, numerate and audit-aware

·       Professional written and verbal communication

·       Solid filing & document management discipline

WHAT WE OFFER

·       Salary: Market Related (depending on experience)

·       Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:30

·       In-office role at our Cape Town premises

·       Supportive finance team with clear separation of duties
