What You'll Be Doing
You'll be right in the engine room of our finance team:
- Maintain and update supplier and financial records (accuracy is everything)
- Support audit preparation (internal & external)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and processes
- Work with tools like Excel, Outlook, and Sage/Great Plains
- Communicate financial info clearly across teams (yes, even to non-finance people)
What We're Looking For
This role is perfect if you are:
- Studying or recently completed an Accounting degree/diploma
- Comfortable with Excel + Outlook (non-negotiable)
- Detail-obsessed and love things being 100% correct
- A problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Able to explain numbers in a way people actually understand
Bonus Points If You Have
- 2+ year experience in finance/admin
- Exposure to Sage or Great Plains
