CREDITORS CLERK
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the position of CREDITORS CLERK at Montclair Resort and Conference.
Reporting to: Assistant Accountant
Location: Montclair Resort and Conference, Nyanga
Principle Accountabilities
- Processing of Creditors’ invoices
- Reconciliation of Creditors’ accounts
- Preparation of payment schedules
- Compilation of statutory payments
- Retention of suppliers through maintenance of good relations
- Maintenance of the accounts payable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records and file all documentation.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND ATTRIBUTES
- HND in Accounting
- Degree in Accounting an added advantage
- Part 2 ACCA/CIMA, Part 3 CIS
- Minimum of at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of property management and accounting systems e.g. APEX and ACCPAC
- A class 4 driver’s license is an added advantage
