About the Role
As a Credit Booster Sales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their financial needs, and assisting them with solutions aimed at improving their credit profile and financial standing. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, customer-focused, and passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with prospective clients.
- Explain credit booster products and services.
- Assess client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Previous sales or call centre experience will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Computer literacy.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
