The Role
We are looking for a creative thinker with strong taste and cultural awareness to join our team.
This role is for someone who doesn’t just consume content — but understands why things work, what feels right, and how to elevate ideas into moments.
You will work closely with leadership to translate brand partnerships, talent campaigns, and creative concepts into thoughtful, well-executed cultural output.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Translate brand partnerships into creative content ideas and rollout plans
- Contribute to the development of concepts across talent, campaigns, and original IP
- Assist in shaping how projects come to life across social platforms
- Bring forward references, ideas, and cultural insights that elevate the agency’s output
- Support in building out content directions, moodboards, and creative treatments
- Work with the team to ensure execution aligns with the intended creative vision

- Strong sense of taste and cultural awareness (music, fashion, social media, youth culture)
- Someone who understandsbrands and how they show up in culture
- A thinker – not just a doer
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently
- Detail-oriented with a desire to create high-quality work
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow
Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience in content creation, social media, or creative direction
- Basic design, video, or editing skills
- Previous exposure to brand campaigns or talent work
