Role Description This is a full-time Creative Executive Assistant role based in Riyadh in a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The Creative Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and events. The role involves preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports, as well as handling expense reports and basic financial tracking. The individual will help coordinate communication between executives, internal teams, artists, partners, and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining files and documentation, supporting project timelines, assisting with art-related initiatives and events, and ensuring that executive priorities are clearly organized and followed through.
Qualifications

  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and prioritization of tasks.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks such as document preparation, filing, data entry, and office coordination.
  • Experience preparing and managing Expense Reports and supporting basic budget tracking or reconciliation.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with artists, executives, and external partners.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfort with digital tools and office software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, presentation software, and collaboration platforms).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic, creative environment.
  • Previous experience in a creative, cultural, or arts-related organization is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
