Role Summary
A senior creative leadership role responsible for shaping the agency's overall creative direction across campaigns, pitches, media production, and brand communication. This role is intended for a strong creative leader who can drive big-picture thinking, build sellable campaign lines, contribute to presentation and deck development, and elevate the agency's creative positioning across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the agency's overall creative direction across campaigns, retainers, media production, and brand communication projects.
• Develop strong creative lines, campaign concepts, key messages, storytelling routes, and communication directions across multiple industries.
• Own the creative approach for pitches, presentations, and business proposals, with the ability to shape idea logic and presentation flow.
• Translate briefs into clear, strategic, and presentation-ready creative routes that are both sellable and executable.
• Guide and supervise the creative function to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all outputs.
• Contribute to building and developing a stronger creative team structure over time while maintaining clear ownership of standards and direction.
• Collaborate closely with account management, content, design, and production teams to deliver
integrated creative solutions.
• Strengthen the agency's creative positioning in the market through higher-quality thinking,
sharper campaign direction, and better pitch output.
Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within advertising agencies.
• Strong and proven portfolio in campaign development, creative strategy, media production, and
presentation-led creative work.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to represent ideas
confidently.
• Background from a well-established agency environment with exposure to professional creative
systems and multi-industry accounts.
• Ability to build, mentor, and lead a team while maintaining strong creative ownership and output
quality.
• Ready to join immediately and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
