Nashawtuc Country Club is looking for full-time lunch cook (9-5, Weds-Sun) for our 2026 season. We are looking for passionate candidates with relevant culinary experience who are willing to learn and grow their craft. The Grill Room boasts an upscale-casual menu for lunch, with handhelds, flatbreads, soups, etc.
Previous experience is expected, but we will also provide on the job training. This position will be working the hot line, with an active grill and fry station. We have a high standard in execution and member satisfaction, and are confident that we can elevate your standards to meet ours.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and execute menus that meet dietary needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Utilize knife skills and culinary techniques to enhance meal presentation and flavor.
- "Banker hours": 9am-5pm, Weds-Sun
