Position: COUNTER ASSISTANT JUNIOR DESIGNER

Are you creative, customer-focused, and eager to grow your career? We are looking for a motivated Counter Assistant / Junior Designer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in branch sales generation, customer service, and supporting daily operations while learning and growing within the business.
Minimum
Skills & Requirements:
Eagerness to learn and grow
Customer-service driven with a positive attitude
MUST be a strong team player
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Well-organized and able to manage multiple jobs/orders
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with queries and orders
Maintaining a neat and organized front office/workspace
Communicating with customers throughout the order process
Following company procedures and quality standards
Phoning customers and sending collection SMS notifications
Assisting with stock control and replenishment
Preparing paperwork, reports, and schedules accurately
Operating and maintaining machinery where required
Supporting teamwork and efficient workflow within the branch
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Salary:
Market Related
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00;
Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
