MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • 2-3 years proven experience in cost estimating and administration
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects
  • Maintain and update project records and documentation
  • Assist with procurement and supplier communications
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff
  • Monitor budgets and track project expenses
