Job Purpose
Supporting the organization's financial performance by monitoring project and operational costs, preparing financial analyses, assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities, and delivering insightful management reports. The role also develops dashboards and reporting tools that enable informed business decisions while ensuring data accuracy and financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze project and operational costs against approved budgets.
- Support cost allocation and cost tracking across departments and projects.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance indicators.
- Prepare variance analysis between budget, forecast, and actual results.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process.
- Assist in preparing financial forecasts and rolling forecasts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
- Develop meaningful KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Update & Develop interactive Power BI dashboards.
- Maintain financial databases and reporting templates.
- Support ERP system reporting “Odoo”.
- Recommend improvements to reporting processes and financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Cost Control, Financial Analysis and Management Reporting.
- Experience within construction, engineering, or real estate industries is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, dashboards).
- Strong Power BI knowledge.
- Financial modeling and data analysis.
- Budgeting and forecasting & Cost accounting principles.
