☑️Responsibilities:
* Manage project cost centers
* Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs
* Prepare cost reports and analyze variances
* Monitor expenses in line with project progress
* Record and track fixed assets and calculate depreciation
* Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconciliations
☑️Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
* 4–6 years of experience in Cost Accounting
* Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
* Real estate experience is a plus.
☑️Working Hours:
8 hours per day
6 working days per week (Friday off)
