What You’ll Be Doing
You will be at the heart of driving revenue and building meaningful client partnerships:
- Identifying and unlocking new business opportunities within the corporate space
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Working closely with marketing to generate and convert high-quality leads
- Managing a healthy sales pipeline and closing deals with confidence
- Creating tailored solutions and service level agreements for clients
- Acting as the key link between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Delivering exceptional client experience from first contact through to project handover
What We’re Looking For
You’re not just a salesperson… you’re a closer, a relationship builder, and a strategic thinker:
- 3–5 years proven success in B2B sales and new business development
- Strong experience in CRM systems and pipeline management
- Commercially minded with solid business and numerical understanding
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
- High level of digital competence and adaptability
- Experience in the education or training sector is a strong advantage
- Relevant NQF 8 Qualification
- 3 to 5 years of Sales experience with proven successful Sales track record
