We don’t sell hype. We build systems, teams, and creative machines that consistently produce winning ads that can be tested, iterated, and scaled.
To do that, we’re looking for a Copywriter who understands performance marketing, thinks in hooks and angles, and knows how to turn a product into ads that actually convert.
Someone who can deeply understand a product, identify what makes it compelling, and transform that into scroll-stopping ads that drive revenue.
Your Mission
To turn product insights into high-performing ads.
Your job is to understand the product, the customer, and the offer — and translate that into scripts and concepts that grab attention in the first seconds and drive conversions.
You won’t just write ads.
You’ll help create the ideas and messaging behind winning creatives.
What we’re looking for
You:
- Have experience writing direct response ads (UGC ads, paid social ads, short-form video scripts)
- Know how to write hooks that stop the scroll in the first 1–3 seconds
- Understand how to translate product features into clear benefits and strong angles
- Are comfortable working with performance metrics and understand what makes an ad convert
- Can analyze ads, identify why they work, and replicate winning patterns
- Know how to collaborate with editors, creators, and strategists to bring an ad concept to life
- Are curious about products and know how to quickly understand a market and a customer
Your responsibilities
- Write scripts and creative concepts for UGC-style performance ads
- Analyze product briefs and extract the strongest angles and hooks
- Develop multiple ad variations that can be tested and iterated quickly
- Collaborate with editors and creators to bring scripts to life
- Review performance data and help refine messaging based on what works
- Continuously research competitors, winning ads, and new creative angles
