Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Representative, based in Lekki. The Corporate Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategic plans for promoting Flap Africa's asset ownership programs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Corporate Sales, and Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify potential clients, develop relationships, and close deals
- Knowledge of Real Estate, Agriculture, or Asset Investment sectors is highly beneficial
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
