Location:
Ballito, KZN
Salary: R25 000 – R35 000 CTC (Depending on experience)
Well established legal practice based in Ballito is seeking a Conveyancer or Attorney with conveyancing experience to join their dynamic team.
Minimum Requirements:
Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer OR Attorney practicing conveyancing
Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience within conveyancing
Experience attending to transfers
Bond registration experience would be advantageous
Experience working on Lexis Convey
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage matters independently
Excellent communication and client liaison skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Duties Include:
Managing conveyancing matters from inception to registration
Drafting and reviewing conveyancing documentation
Liaising with clients, banks, estate agents and relevant stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with conveyancing processes and deadlines
Attending to general conveyancing administration
