A property development company is currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. Candidates are to have extensive experience in upmarket residential development projects.
• BSc/ BTech:
Construction Management
• Professional Registration with SACPCMP is advantageous.
• Extensive experience in upmarket residential developments/ specialising in residential developments
• Highly proficient in MS Office, MS Projects, CCS Candy (Programming)
• Knowledgeable in the JBCC & NEC forms of contracts
