Thorburn Security Solutions is seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Contract Manager to lead a large Distribution Centre (DC) operation. The role requires a dynamic leader with strong operational, security, and people management expertise, capable of overseeing a workforce of 300+ employees in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Reporting to the Reporting Operations Manager, the Contract Manager is responsible for monitoring the security operations for a client.
Implement security regulations and rules to ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors of the client.
