Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Contract Administration Engineer role based in Cairo. The Contract Administration Engineer will review, draft, and administer contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project specifications. Daily tasks include coordinating with engineering, procurement, finance, and project management teams to track contract performance, manage variations, and resolve issues. The role involves supporting contract negotiations, preparing documentation, monitoring risks, and maintaining accurate records throughout the contract lifecycle. The Contract Administration Engineer will also assist in preparing reports, supporting audits, and recommending process improvements to enhance contractual efficiency and control.

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in Contract Management and Contract Administration, with the ability to oversee the full contract lifecycle.
  • MUST Have experience in Saudi Arabian Law and Contracts (Governmental & Private Sectors)
  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and stakeholder management to support fair, compliant, and commercially sound agreements.
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to review terms, assess risks, and interpret technical and commercial requirements.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Experience with Procurement processes, including coordination with supply chain teams and understanding of sourcing practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract standards and basic knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office) and exposure to contract management or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
