Title: Continuous Improvement Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and production areas.
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste elimination, and process optimization.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Analyze operational KPIs and develop action plans for sustainable improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
- Support building a strong continuous improvement culture across the plants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience years from 4 to 6 (FMCG manufacturing operations background is a must)
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and CI tools.
- Experience in productivity improvement and operational excellence projects.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt is a plus.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, or operational reporting systems.
