Continuous Improvement Engineer

We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join a dynamic manufacturing environment where you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
Proven Continuous Improvement / Process Improvement experience
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5S knowledge
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar is advantageous)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Engineering, Operations or related qualification
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Someone who enjoys taking ownership and delivering measurable results
